Our story
Naked Pull started with a simple frustration: too much espresso advice online is written by people who don’t actually pull shots every day — or worse, by people paid to recommend whatever pays the highest commission.
We’re home baristas who obsess over extraction. We buy the grinders and machines we review, run them through real-world testing, and publish what we actually find — including the flaws.
How we pick gear
Every recommendation on Naked Pull follows the same process:
- Hands-on testing. We use each grinder and machine for weeks, dialing in multiple coffees and testing consistency.
- No pay-to-play. Brands can’t buy a recommendation. Affiliate relationships never influence rankings.
- Real-world context. We test like home baristas — morning routines, small kitchens, real budgets.
